Healthy Blender Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

An easy, delicious and healthy banana. bread with gooey chocolate chips. This baked loaf is gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar.

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Loaf Tin

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mashed bananas heaping
  • 2 eggs sub 4 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup almond butter sub any nut/seed butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Put all ingredients except chocolate chips in the blend and blend until smooth
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or oil. Pour batter into loaf pan
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
  • Let cool completely before cutting through

Notes

  1. use dairy free nut/seed butters and chocolate chips if applicable
