Healthy Blender Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

An easy, delicious and healthy banana. bread with gooey chocolate chips. This baked loaf is gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar.

- 1 cup mashed bananas heaping
- 2 eggs sub 4 egg whites
- 1/3 cup almond butter sub any nut/seed butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Put all ingredients except chocolate chips in the blend and blend until smooth
Fold in chocolate chips
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or oil. Pour batter into loaf pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
Let cool completely before cutting through
- use dairy free nut/seed butters and chocolate chips if applicable
