Gluten Free S'mores Blondies

These dairy and gluten free s'mores blondies are perfect for a summer baked good! They are super easy and take less than 30 minutes to make.

Cook Time 25 minutes mins
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter sub any runny nut or seed butter
- 2 tbsp softened coconut oil sub ghee, butter or vegan butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar sub any granular sugar
- 2 eggs sub 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate melted
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Whisk together nut butter, coconut oil, coconut sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Mix in almond flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add to a 8x8 pan. Pour melted chocolate over batter in an even layer, then top with marshmallows.
Bake at 350 for 25 min
