  • Parchment Paper
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Original Puffins Cereal substitute any cereal
  • 2 cups Gluten Free Pretzels
  • 1/3 cup Love Corn Snacks substitute more cereal or other snack
  • 2/3 cup almonds
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos substitute soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp ground rosemary
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit
  • In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined and everything is evenly coated.
  • Add mixture in an even layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  • Bake at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes, shaking and stirring the mix every 15 minutes.
  • Serve!
