Pat dry chicken tenders and place into a bowl with the juice of one lemon, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried oregano and black pepper. Toss to combine
Air Fryer Instructions
Spray the air fryer with neutral cooking oil and place chicken tenders in an even layer. Bake at 390 for 6 minutes, carefully flip and cook for another 6 minutes
Baking Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Add chicken tenders to a parchment paper lined baking tray and roast for 12 minutes, flip and cook for another 8 minutes.
Serve with steamed broccoli, lemon slices and brown rice!
