Lemon Pepper Chicken Tenders

Incredibly juicy and flavorful lemon pepper chicken tenders that are made in under 20 minutes. You only need 6 ingredients for this delish and easy protein source!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer or Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Optional

  • broccoli and brown rice to serve

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry chicken tenders and place into a bowl with the juice of one lemon, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried oregano and black pepper. Toss to combine

Air Fryer Instructions

  • Spray the air fryer with neutral cooking oil and place chicken tenders in an even layer. Bake at 390 for 6 minutes, carefully flip and cook for another 6 minutes

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Add chicken tenders to a parchment paper lined baking tray and roast for 12 minutes, flip and cook for another 8 minutes.
  • Serve with steamed broccoli, lemon slices and brown rice!
