Evenly separate into 6 parts and shape into patties. Make a slight crater in the center with your thumb of back of a spoon. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side
For the potatoes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
In a bowl, mix together potato wedges, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Evenly distribute onto a sheet pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway
For the kale:
Whisk together hummus, almond milk, and lemon juice. Pour mixture over kale and massage thoroughly with your hands for 1 minute or more. Add salt and pepper to taste
