Start by finely dicing the bread, celery, white onion and apple. Place in a large mixing bowl and mix well
In a liquid measuring cup or separate bowl, add olive oil, milk, egg whites, vegetable broth, thyme, rosemary, garlic, black pepper and salt. Whisk together to combine
Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients. Using a spatula, mix together until everything is evenly coated
Spray baking dish with olive oil spray and add stuffing mixture into the baking dish. Make sure that it is a nice, even layer to bake.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40-45 minutes, until top is slightly starting to brown.
