Ingredients

maple syrup

coconut oil

vanilla extract
1/3
cup
almond flour

tbsp
cacao powder
sub cocoa powder
1/2
tsp
baking soda

tbsp
dark chocolate chips
use paleo brand if keeping paleo
Optional Add-ins

strawberry jam
fresh strawberries
powdered sugar
use paleo brand if keeping paleo
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Whisk together the egg, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and baking soda
Mix in the almond flour and cacao powder until you get a smooth batter
Fold in chocolate chips and pour into a greased mini skillet/pan
If adding the strawberry jam, add it in different spots across the top of the brownie batter and swirl throughout the top
Bake at 350°F for 13-15 minutes. Check with a toothpick and times may vary, depending on whether you want a more fudgy brownie!
Top with fresh cut strawberries, powdered sugar or whatever else you would like
