Autumn Chopped Salad with Homemade Dressing

A delicious and easy refreshing autumn chopped salad with a homemade sriracha apple cider tahini dressing. This recipe is gluten free and vegan.

- 8 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup shaved brussels sprouts
- 1 15 oz. can chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup pecans halves
- 1 apple chopped
Start by rinsing your greens, brussels sprouts and apple. Chop the apple and add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl
Rinse and drain your chickpeas. Dry with a paper towel or dish towel and add to the salad bowl
Add remaining ingredients. Mix together and add dressing when ready to eat!
