I’m a coffee first thing in the morning gal, the person who suggests that a workout will be fun & am the first one to say yes to brunch on the weekend.
I’m retired college athlete that had a midlife crisis at the age of 22 after finishing her final season in sports… ever. So, to fill up my new found time, I found a passion for creating new workouts and recipes in the kitchen. I found a sense of overwhelming joy whenever I create a combination of flavors in cooking and baking & truly found a way to workout that incorporated a variety of movements and balance. I’m here to provide simple and real recipes, guides to overall health and wellness, and of course, my best tips and tricks. We love efficiency, we love ease and we love simplicity. Living a healthy life does not mean sacrifice, nor force. It means finding what you love to eat, cook, bake and do.
