We’re celebrating Friday hard this week with the EASIEST and must find ice cream pops. All you have to do is take a pint of your favorite ice cream and some popsicle sticks. We used @vanleeuwenicecream because it is easily the creamiest and the ingredients are 👌🏼 I found my @vanleeuwenicream pints at @giant in Philadelphia since they are now sold there 🥳
The toppings are completely customizable but this Vanilla ice cream + dark chocolate + crushed peanut butter was calling my name 😍 I’m thinking a Cookies & Cream version next 👀 who is with me?
dEATS 👉 Ice Cream Pops
1. Carefully remove the container off of your pint of ice cream using a pair of scissors
2. Add 5 popsicle sticks evenly into the side of the ice cream pint. Push the popsicle sticks in about half way
3. Lay flat on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and freeze for 10 minutes
4. Take the pops out of the freezer, grab your favorite chocolate, melt and drizzle. Add your optional toppings. Pop back into the freezer for an hour!

Banana espresso oats 🍌☕️ because this rainy weather is making me need a little extra pick me up, anyone else??
It’s been a hot minute since I had oats but with the summer weather, who can blame me? But today… whole new story. Whole different mood. And banana + espresso? Even more unreal 👌🏼 the idea actually came from a banana espresso martini I had once but I’m pretty sure that’s frowned upon to have at 9am on a work day 😉
Anyways ~ flavor is unreal and will getcha righhhht in the work mood 🤓
dEATS 👉 for two: 1 cup @flahavansusa steel cut oats + 2 cups water + 2 tbsp instant espresso (or coffee) + dash of vanilla extract + 2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen (optional). Bring to a boil then simmer.
Topped with @grounduppdx snickerdoodle nut butter, sliced banana, @fage Greek yogurt and @goodmixfoods nut & seed mix
back to basics with my favorite breakfast this AM 🍳
this morning my roommate and I took a stroll over to a new coffee shop before work and it was so nice. I naturally wake up at the butt crack of dawn so typically have a good amount of time before logging in. While I love to be productive in getting tasks done, it’s also sooo so so productive to just do something that puts you in a good mood 🌞 it’s stimulating to the brain and starts your day off on a good note.
Some mornings getting in a good sweat with all the endorphins is what I need. Some it’s getting computer work done. And some like today, it’s all about getting in some sun, coffee, & walk in the park staring at all the pups wishing they were mine 🤣
Take what ya need to fill your cup each day
Let me know below ~ one thing that you can do for your happy hormones this morning? 🌿
dEATS 👉 soft scramble (egg + egg whites + turmeric + smoked paprika + black pepper), @wegmans organic sourdough with avocado + @traderjoes EBTB seasoning, sautéed spinach and blueberries
CILANTRO LIME CHICKEN ZUCCHINI BOATS 🌿 say that one 10 times fast 😂
So many of you guys loved the buffalo chicken zucchini boats so I figured let’s stick to it but change up the flavor. Instead of making my own drizzle, I used @Litehousefoods Purely Balanced Cilantro Lime Greek Yogurt Dressing! #Ad Obviously, you guys know how much I love Greek yogurt so clearly this was a win-win in my book. The line of dressings have 45 calories per serving, 0g added sugar and no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives - there’s nothing not to like!
This was such an easy dinner to throw together and perfect for any of your meal prep needs as well 👏🏼

Strong is beautiful and repeat after me 👏🏼
After I finished my last season as an athlete, my entire mindset was around losing my “big” muscles. I wanted the skinny toned arms, legs, body, it all. My mentality wasn’t right, I had an all or nothing mindset & I was straight up unhappy because I wasn’t doing anything that made me internally feel good.
My first year out of college was tough mentally. The first half of 2021? Even tougher. I struggled on & off to truly find my identity and what was making me internally happy. As women, muscles are often thought of as manly and we need to stop that narrative.
Recently, I’ve rediscovered myself. I’m still growing. Still learning. Still trying new things. But what I do know for certain is I feel my best being a strong ass woman. I may be short in height, but I’ve learned to love my muscles, all my ambition, nourishing my body with all the good food and balancing it all with the fun of life.
Every day we have a new opportunity to become our best self. You’re best self will most likely not look identical to someone else’s but that should never deter you. YOU need to do what fuels YOU.
And to all my strong, badass women out there (physically AND mentally), keep rocking it 👊
yesterday on the way back from the beach we were talking about what we were whipping up in the kitchen this week and that’s when it hit me… I left my fridge absolutely bare SOOO… when in doubt, PB&J it out protein pancake edition 🤘
Like I said last week, I lowkey love emptying & restocking my fridge and making plans based on the little ingredients left behind. Except semi didn’t want to grocery shop today. So while yesterday was full of fun and a nice reset, today is a mix of also fun but grocery shopping and prep for ze weeeek 😌
dEATS 👉 @pamcakespancakes with @traderjoes peanut butter + wild blueberry chia jam and pumpkin seeds
This is bowl is straight up sending me all the island vibes 🌴 between the fresh berries, creamy yogurt, coconut flakes & key lime cashew butter? Full send. If you see me all of a sudden book myself a trip to an island in august… consider this my warning because I’ve 5 seconds away from booking something 😅
Okay but really vacations are always much needed and always so fun to look forward to! Tell me in the comments if you have a vacay booked and where you’re going!!
Oh and happy Friday my peeps 🌞

Another meal prep coming at ya but today, we feature herby spinach egg muffins 🌿
I’ve been switching up what I pair them with all week, between the pure savory avocado & English muffin combo to overnight oats or a smoothie. As much as I love cooking eggs fresh, we just don’t have the time to cook & clean some mornings 😩 plus I had a tonnnn of fresh herbs to use up so between the veggies yesterday and these, we got the job done 👌🏼
dEATS 👉 Herby Spinach Egg Muffins
1 cup egg whites
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup chopped herbs
salt & pep
whisk well until egg yolks & egg whites are fully combined
bake at 350 for 20 min (made 12 1 inch high muffins)
If my lunches are prepped, I feel like I have my life semi together, anyone else?? This Sunday I prepped a big sheet pan with roasted veggies and chicken sausage to have for lunches this week. Super easy because you just throw it all together, toss it in the oven & it’s done 👌🏼 coming in clutch this week because I have a crazy busy schedule
dEATS 👉 Roasted veggies at 425 for 45 min (carrots, sweet potatoes, and red bell pepper with fresh chopped herbs and olive oil), chicken sausage at 425 for 20 min, steamed kale, hummus, turmeric pickled onions and pumpkin seeds
Last night’s dinner was truly the epitome of summer between the zucchini, corn & tomato saute + fresh salmon 👌🏼
If you’re new here: I’m alllllll about the quick dinners. If it takes more than 30 minutes… good chance it was partially prepped or it’s a crockpot 😂 I love to have freshly cooked meals so easy, quick & delish meals are my jam.
Sauté? 10 minutes
Air fried salmon? 10 minutes
Add your chopping & prepping, you have a tasty meal easily in under 20 minutes 🙌
dEATS 👉 Air fried chile lime salmon (400 for 10 minutes; used @traderjoes chile lime seasoning + a squeeze of fresh lime)
Saute: 2 chopped zucchinis + 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes + 1 cup fresh/frozen corn + 1/4 of a red onion + a dash each of chili powder + smoked paprika + cumin + black pepper. Saute on medium heat
Add fresh cilantro & brown rice!
I don’t mean to pop off like this bright & early on a Monday morning but these might be one of my best AND easiest 😏
