Welcome! Here you will find a month long challenge that requires nothing but your tenacity to take on 28 days worth of body-weight exercises! The guide includes a month long calendar as well as a printable weekly checklist.
Each day you will be tasked with completing a set of exercises, with an increase in reps throughout the month. Additionally, we are here to connect fitness and happiness to our overall health. Each day you will also be tasked with drinking at least eight glasses of water and write down one thing that made you SMILE! Yes… that is a task. Think hard, what put a smile on your face today? Was it as simple as the sun was shining or that you got the last parking spot in the lot? Whatever it is, write it down and reflect – it is all about the little moments!
You can always add weight or bands to the exercises and of course modify to accommodate for your body.
This challenge is meant for all levels of fitness and can be completed at any time of the year and start at any point within a month as well. I hope that this challenge inspires you and that you are able to gain not only physical, but also, mental strength.
